This storage is the perfect place for my 5th wheel. I just loved how safe my rig is going to be and the price was right for my budget. Tina and Kat were both helpful in answering all my questions about Avalon Storage. In fact I was able to get a ride in the golf cart to see where my rig was going to be park. Katrina at the front desk was personable and very nice. I enjoyed talking to her and she was very accommodating. The security was great and I felt comfortable leaving my car there for weeks. When I got back, all was well. Thanks you guys for taking a lot of the stress off me this last trip! I highly recommend them for all storage needs.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The unit was clean and the entire facility appeared to be well maintained. I like the ease of the entering through the security gate via my personal passcode. I was able to set up auto-pay and get into my unit in less than 15 minutes from the time I walked in the door.

I rented space for our RV for about a year from Avalon. I was very impressed with the professional way the storage is run. I noticed when I first got there they had many security cameras, high-quality ones for around their property. I also saw they have a large brick wall around the property. I had a bad experience at a different storage property. My trailer had been broken into and one time they cut the power cord off. I had absolutely no problems with my trailer being vandalized or broken into at Avalon. I got a call one time from them saying an alarm was going off in my trailer. When I got there I found it was a low battery alarm. We sold our trailer, that is the reason we are no longer there. We will return when we purchase our next trailer.

I've always had a great experience at Avalon Storage. The facility recently added insulated units that drastically reduce temperatures inside the units, even in the Redding summer heat. I've been waiting for something like this to come to Redding!

Had them set up on auto pay with a credit card. I lost my card and forgot they were on that particular card.. I received a friendly email and voice message about the matter. They were closed and my payment was already late by the time I was able to respond. Explained what happened they were very understanding and I wasn’t charged a late fee. I cannot say that happened on the the the auto pays I had set up on that same card.

This is my forever storage place. I can't say enough great things about Avalon. They have integrity and heart, which is hard to find in most businesses these days (in my opinion). They helped us (and saved us) during the Carr fire evacuation. They aren't greedy and don't money gouge. I trust them and they went above and beyond to build a relationship with me. Sounds silly for storage but it truly was a great experience with Avalon with every interaction. I can say I went down the street to buy a lock and in the first few minutes of conversation with the other storage place I was really glad my belongings weren't there. Thank you Avalon for being great and having empathy and such great customer service.
